1. Establish and maintain production procedures to maintain high standard of manufacturing operations, product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
2. Study and evaluate the production process, method and equipments to perform in the most efficiency condition.
3. Plan future manufacturing programs to obtain maximum value from production resources such as equipment, machines and testing as well as personnel.
4. Monitor and communicate to the Manufacturing Team all related person including on-time delivery, performance; fulfillment rate; safety; productivity and customer returns.
5. Evaluate and adjust available production capacity and planned to fulfill the requirements.
6. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
7. Develop and implement manufacturing methods and techniques, such as Lean, Kanban, 5S, visual control, OEE, Poke-Yoke and lead the scrap reduction efforts in the Manufacturing area.
8. Work with Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Quality, Material Control and Production Control departments to ensure coordination of manufacturing activities.
9. Ensure the alignment of the manufacturing organization and workforce appropriate with the company targets and priorities.
10. Ensure that equipment, machines and tools used are of the best quality and production standards are followed
11. Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation.
12. Establish Preventive action implementation and effectively eliminate root cause.
13. Perform, review and update ISO 9001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
14. Perform, review and update ISO 14001 / TIS 18001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
15. Perform, review and update ISO 50001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
16. Perform the jobs assignment from the management
