• Develop AI-Enhanced Marketing Strategies: Utilize AI-driven tools to create and execute marketing strategies for both online and offline channels. This includes digital campaigns, in-store promotions, and traditional advertising methods, ensuring AI is leveraged to maximize efficiency.
• Digital & Offline Campaign Execution: Manage and run marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, print advertising, and event marketing. Use AI tools to automate tasks, optimize campaigns, and generate insights for improved performance.
• AI-Driven Market Research & Consumer Insights: Utilize AI analytics to assess customer behaviors, track engagement trends, and identify new market opportunities for both online and offline initiatives.
• Branding & Messaging Optimization: Apply AI tools to refine branding strategies, test various messaging approaches, and tailor communication for different consumer segments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team, sales team, and marketing teams to ensure unified branding, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Retail & In-Store Strategy Development: Use AI to analyze foot traffic, optimize store layouts, and improve customer experiences in physical locations. Develop strategies for product placement and promotions in stores.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging AI marketing technologies, ensuring Siam Global Group remains at the forefront of AI-driven marketing. Experiment with new AI tools and approaches to refine and enhance marketing efforts.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of core marketing principles, including segmentation, branding, and consumer behavior, obtained through coursework or self-study.
• Digital & Social Media Savvy: An interest in and understanding of digital marketing channels – especially social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok). Any experience running social media for a club, project, or personal endeavor is a plus.
• Omnichannel Marketing Interest: Enthusiasm for both online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, digital ads, and traditional marketing methods like in-store promotions.
• Familiarity with AI in Marketing: While prior experience with AI tools is not required, a strong interest in AI-driven marketing automation, analytics, and personalization tools is essential.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and coordinate across departments to execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Creativity & Adaptability: Willingness to think outside the box, experiment with new marketing tactics, and adapt strategies based on AI-driven insights and performance data.
• Education/Experience: No formal work experience required. Previous internships, freelance work, or marketing projects are a plus, but not mandatory.
