Air & Sea Freight Sale Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Expand and manage business to gain more revenue and profit with both new customers and existing customers - Contribute new ideas and perspective to the company, have leads and networks in hand - Prepare quotation for customers - Plan to increase customer satisfaction - Build up teamwork and delegate job within sales function to be more productivity and efficiency - Manage a sales team, including motivating and coaching their performance - Achieve the target / budget assignment - Contact and visit both existing customer and new customer - Collect all customer complain reports in weekly for further review and continuous improvement on service - Provide executive report for Manager Director by weekly/Monthly and update activity reports

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Prefer 30 years old and above and Male / Female - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or related fields - 5+ years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Sales business - Knowledge of international logistics is required - Experience with any Key Account of Global Customer is an advantage - Experience in developing and managing sales team - Have existing leads and networks in hand - Proficient in Business Development - Highly self-motivated lots of upfront effort required, results driven - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Good English communication skills - Own car and driving license
