หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Our Reservation teams are an integral part of Intrepid’s success and as a Reservation Officer, you’ll play a big part in that! In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Reservation department by assisting with booking and confirming accommodation and transport on trips across Thailand & Asia. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, Thailand, we believe vaccines play a critical role in the safe return of the travel. To ensure our workplaces are safe, we require proof of Covid-19 vaccination when you work from an Intrepid office, attend company events or travel on trips. Passionate about travel is a must-have! & in addition to that, you’ll bring with you: -2 years of experience in a similar Reservation role. Fresh graduates are also welcome. -Great command of Thai and English (Both verbal and written) Computer skills and the ability to learn new systems (Word/Excel/Email) are vital. -Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload. -Excellent team player – We operate as a team always! -You will be personable, dynamic, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate, all while sharing in Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility. • -Having 2+ years of experience in the Reservations field or Operations field in the tourism industry will be an advantage -Solid written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and in English -Being computer literate (especially: Word/Excel/Email) is vital. -Destination knowledge -Flexible in any special projects work when required SOFT SKILLS AND OTHER PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES -Excellent team player. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload. -Passionate about travel, personable, dynamic and self-motivated. -Customer Focus, building and maintaining a strong relationship with internal and external customers.
