หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models based on historical data and business projections.
Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust schedules to meet service level goals.
Collaborate with managers to understand staffing requirements and address scheduling concerns.
Audit schedules to ensure alignment with business guidelines.
Analyze workforce data and provide insights for optimization.

Open to new graduates, with 1+ year of workforce management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level or above).
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with workforce management software a plus.
Certification in workforce management a plus
Able to 5 days a week (Day off can be rotated)
