Audit schedules to ensure alignment with business guidelines.
Analyze workforce data and provide insights for optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, or related field.
Open to new graduates, with 1+ year of workforce management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level or above).
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with workforce management software a plus.
Certification in workforce management a plus
Able to 5 days a week (Day off can be rotated)
