Order fulfillment Officer (Logistic officer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing • Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment • Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment • Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinates warehouse/logistics for product shipment • Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met • Handle return/exchange/refund orders with related parties • Summarize daily sales orders & process involved documents to accounting department • Produce daily sales report. • Prepare and update of relevant information for sales and monthly reports • 15 order transactions per day is maximum. (included return , refund , exchange)
