IT Support ประจำโรงงาน Mercedes-Benz (ช้างสามเศียร)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, etc.
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Providing technical support and training to the users across the company
• Taking care of IT equipment and to corporate for claim
• Support oversea IT team on monitoring the company networks
• Repairing and replacing equipment, part and IT assets as necessary
• Create records related to IT assets
• Other task as assigned
• Software setting up Image and other program

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3 years experiences in IT support
• Good knowledge in IT skills (hardware, software)
• Good command in English both speaking and writing (for communicating with overseas IT team and documentation)
• Be able to work individually
