International Marketing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. • Communicating with customers through various channels. • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. • Thoroughly and professionally respond to all customer compliance requests with a sense of urgency. • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations. • Maintaining a marketing database. • Understanding company product and brand.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai or Chinese nationality. • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Good communication in English and Mandarin (HSK level 5 up) is a must. • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint. • Related job and internship experience.
