Head Chef

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Head Chef is required to supervise all types of food and beverage preparations and presentations to ensure consistency in highest quality and very good taste. The duties include establishing and maintaining of food and beverage recipes, menu planning and supply controlling, supervising the functions of all kitchen staff and facilities, driving and improving quality and cost control, keeping high level of energy saving together with cleanliness and safety, developing knowledge and skills of all kitchen staff, stock controlling and maintaining of all equipment and tools in the kitchens, and other administration pertaining to the food and beverage preparations.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary or related field, a demonstrable track record, good command of English, strong leadership and proactive manner, and at least five years of direct experience in managing Thai and International culinary from a well-established and reputable service institution in the similar position.
