Business Development and Proposal Manager (Construction)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles & Responsibilities 1. Business Development Function 1.1 Plan business guidelines for the company. 1.2 Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met. 1.3 Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 1.4 Plan and develop new marketing initiatives and improve sales 1.5 Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 1.6 Increase the value of current customers and attract new ones. 1.7 Follow up bidding news and analyses project feasibility study for management team. 2. Proposal Function 2.1 Work as part of pre-construction team and support the success of project through tender and pre-construction phase. 2.2 Lead and take ownership of tender and pre-construction process in working collaboratively with operation and commercial teams. 2.3 Coordinate and manage all pre-construction and tender activities from initial stage to final submission and handover to the construction team 2.4 Manage terms & conditions assessment from the bid negotiation phase until contract award 2.5 Ensure all deviations from standard terms & conditions are properly evaluated, mitigated and approved by the responsible functions 2.6 Drive achievement of commercial team related to proposal transactions 2.7 Take the lead for bid preparation, bid submission, contract negotiation and complete project handover to project management team
