ob responsibilities 1. Manages and responsible for sales targets for the assigned e-commerce sites 2. Ensures superior delivery of goods and service as customer expects by liaising with concerned internal departments and external parties 3. Manages stock and sample inventory and online marketing offerings with all concerned stakeholders 4. Works closely with external web developers, advertising, paid search and email agencies to optimize online activities to maximize online sales 5. Works with Marketing teams; Global and Regional online teams and online advertising partners to direct and implement online marketing programs 6. Analysis of sales, site performance, email campaigns, internal and external marketing programs 7. Tracks online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and brand to maximize ROI. 8. Oversees monthly site content refreshes (to reflect the marketing calendar) in conjunction with brand and technical teams.

Qualifications o Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ E-commerce (some online media study would be an advantage) o At least 5-10 years experiences in E-commerce or FMCG (non food) merchandising o Ability to multi-task on multiple projects while completing tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to details o Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written English and Thai o Strong computer proficiency with HTML and other programming language is a plus o Experience of acquisition marketing, email and search (both paid and natural) is essential. o Ability to handle stress with good judgment to develop a rapport with clients
