Product Manager - Lifestyles Business

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Assist the Product Director in developing product management strategies, policies and the distribution channels as well as the expected demand for products in terms of colors, sizes, styles for lifestyle merchandising. • Study and summarize product data from sales targets, stock, product life, product cost and product movement and propose to the Product Director for further analysis to ensure the agreed production plans are achievable. • Work closely with the Product Director, Marketing Director and the Sales Director in regard to product development, marketing communication tools, merchandising, and sales promotion programs to ensure the agreed sales target in each season. • Work with the R&D Team when having new product development to improve product marketability and profitability. • Supervise the product team to ensure the merchandising planning, design and pattern for lifestyle business are in line with the product management strategies. • Initiate and coordinate with concerned departments for product and merchandising planning for imported finished goods, e.g. fabric, accessories items such as scarf, hat and etc. • Negotiate with oversea suppliers when buying and merchandising products to ensure effective operations according to approved plans and costing. • Distribute products to all offline channels to ensure the quantity, color, size, number of designs and pop-up store are appropriate in each area. • Initiate and find more items product to ensure the brand identity of Zanpu and Shakafe is established. • Work with suppliers to find more reference, samples and suppliers for lifestyles living assortments • Coordinate with the production team to ensure the quantity of product to be distributed to the agreed sales channels. • Assist the Product Director in managing inventory control effectively. • Assist the Product Director in analyzing and comparing past sales and forecasts in order to achieve agreed sales target. • Meet with designers to confirm designs and trends of colors which align with the brand concept. • Negotiate order price, quantity, product specifications and product delivery process to overseas customers. • Survey and summarize competitor activities and provide analysis on pricing comparisons. • Brief product knowledge and product merchandising to Sales team members. • Maintain and develop good relationship with partners and other relevant business retail partners. • Lead, challenge, and motivate team to achieve maximum performance as per business objectives/goals. • Build the product, merchandising and pattern team, mentor, and develop new people that join our teams as full-time employees.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Business Administration or any related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of merchandising experience in lifestyle retail business • Merchandise background from lifestyle business is preferable • Initiative with strong creativity and fashion sense • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills • Well organized and detail oriented • Dynamic, highly committed and result-oriented • Good problem-solving skills • Good command of English in both written and speaking • Computer literacy with solid analytical skills
