E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead, develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns and online tools to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience (e.g. SEO, SEM, Facebook, Google Analytics, LINE, Instagram, Tik Tok, and website etc.)
• Build and evaluate online promotion campaigns and work with the Sales and Product teams to improve the E-Commerce strategies to enhance sales growth.
• Oversee operation for brand’s online store across all E-Commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Central Online and online stores, to drive improvement in conversion rates, cart value and improve customer experience.
• Develop and manage performance marketing, paid advertising campaign through platforms
• Develop all sales summary reports, history, key insights, and promotional spending to make recommendations for ad campaign changes and future campaigns and promotions.
• Manage P&L and budget to ensure the online sales business growth and promotional allowance goal is met.
• Lead and build the E-Commerce team, mentor, and develop both new and existing team members.
• Build strong relationships and foster teamwork to achieve maximum performance.
• Do market research to propose new trends and technologies to improve website performance or keep current knowledge of online trends.
• Analyze traffic to assess website maintenance and monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor or Master degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, or Marketing related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
• Have background in Fashion retail business is a plus.
• Be able to supervise the team members, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and solve problems with excellent problem-solving skills
• Have experience in digital marketing, content management and merchandising systems, including analysis of E-Commerce merchandising and sales performance
