QC Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Design, analyze, lay out the steps and work processes to ensure the implementation for quality requirements. 2. Initiate the strategic planning to ensure that in-process quality inspection and finished goods meet the requirements of partners and the standard specification of the company. 3. Lead the continuous improvement of quality processes in the factory for quality cost controlling. 4. Supervise and support the team in problem solving in order to identify defect origins, and subsequently, complete analysis reports. 5. Work closely with the production and research and development team to reduce losses and increase efficiency in product quality inspection during the production process and finished products. 6. Analyze problems, give advice to the QC team members and provide a summary of corrective action reports on raw materials, outsourcing production materials, fabric parts after cutting, goods in process and finished goods. 7. Develop procedures and work instructions to ensure the process improvements are in place. 8. Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards. 9. Monitor the performance of the department and the QC team members against established goals/metrics. 10. Lead quality training for the whole team to ensure the quality awareness, quality policy, quality requirements are maintained and updated. 11. Collect and summarize all data and reports for analysis, providing holistic solutions to prevent potential defects or waste in the production process for all concerned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field -Minimum of 5 year’s quality control experience in manufacturing industry, especially in garment dyeing -Experience in the development/ review / implementation and use of quality control documents; quality manuals, quality plans, procedures, method statements, inspection and test plans. -Good reporting skills. -Good in written and spoken English -Good computer skills in Microsoft office/Internet usage
