• Strategic Planning: -Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals. -Analyze market trends and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
• Marketing Strategies: -Create and execute plans for brand growth and customer acquisition. -Innovate marketing tactics to stay competitive.
• Branding & Performance: -Maintain brand image and reputation. -Forge partnerships for brand visibility.
• Campaign Management: -Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. -Control marketing budget for optimal resource allocation.
• CRM & Digital Marketing: -Implement CRM and digital marketing strategies. -Personalize customer experiences using data analytics.
• Team Leadership: -Lead and mentor marketing team. -Coordinate with other departments for effective marketing.
• Analytics and Reporting: -Track key performance metrics and provide recommendations. -Prepare reports on campaign performance for management.
• Customer Engagement: -Implement customer loyalty programs. -Use feedback to enhance marketing strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the fashion industry.
• Professional experienced in marketing from retail business.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Analytical thinking, well-organized, strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
• Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to travel to our retail shops, department stores, and sales pop-ups as needed to support and evaluate marketing initiatives.
