Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to drive the sales targets, as well as during periods with sales campaigns and various promotional areas.
Plan to visit branches to track sales targets in each month and support the sales team in order to retain existing customers and acquire new customers
Coach the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are capable of carrying out activities and creating content that supports sales goals and targets.
Work with the Sales Director in developing and implementing sales strategies that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to stay ahead in the high- end fashion industry
Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable shopping experience.
Manage shop operations, and maintain visual standards and ensure the shop is well-presented at all times.
