International Sales & Marketing Manager

• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals : Creating comprehensive international marketing & Sales plans to drive sales growth across the world, considering the unique characteristics of each target market
• Market Research & Cultural Awareness : Market intelligence survey, market trends, competition, customer demand, promotion, distribution channel and regulatory in each country.
• Data Analysis : Tracking key metrics for identifying new business opportunities & constraint to entry the new market as well as optimize strategies, action plan and performance.
• International Trade : Represent the company at trade shows and events for promoting the company's brand at regional trade events and conferences.
• Relationship Management : Manage and expand distribution networks by building strong relationships & developing connection with key stakeholders.
• Manage the International sales representatives : Leading, motivating, and mentoring in each countries.
• Product Education to business partners : Product training, scientific information be related to products, marketing activities, sales planning
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : with product, marketing, production, and logistics teams : to ensure alignment on international initiatives, efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Oversee export logistics and documentation : Ensuring smooth and compliant shipping processes across the region, navigating diverse customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Managing administration : such as orders, contracts and export documents. Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets. Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5+ years experience in international sales and marketing and minimum 3 years experienced in management level (preferable fashion product)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile or related field
• Ability to travel aboard
• Fluency in English. (other languages ​​such as Chinese, or Arabic will be an advantage but not necessary)
• Strong leadership, strategic, decision-making, proactive, and innovative
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: analyzing data, identifying challenges, and developing effective solution.
