Senior Product Manager (International Marketing)

• Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of 10 years of merchandising experience in Export or International Market
• Merchandise background from retail fashion is preferable
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior
• Initiative with strong creativity and fashion sense
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Dynamic, highly committed and result-oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good command of English in both written and speaking
• Proficiency in using MS. Office, i.e. MS. Excel , Data Analytics

• Initiate product management strategies, policies and the distribution channels as well as the expected demand for products in terms of overall Open to Buy (OTB) budget
• Collaborate with the designer and pattern maker teams to develop a product assortment that aligns with the brand's vision and market trends, proposed sales targets and appropriate stock month hold
• Identify, and capitalize on market opportunities to improve product ranges and coordinate new product development with the Sample Making team to improve product marketability and profitability
• Work closely with the Marketing and the Sales Teams in regards to merchandising launch plan, sales events, marketing strategies, marketing communication tools, and sales opportunity to agree on sales target
• Oversee the merchandising planning team in regards to product sell thru, sales achievement, and inventory control to ensure that stock turnover is met
• Negotiate order prices, quantities, product specifications and product delivery process for overseas customers Inventory Management
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing overstock and out-of-stock situations
• Monitor stock turnover rates and adjust purchasing plans accordingly
• Analyze / compare past sales data and market trends to forecast demand and plan inventory in order to achieve agreed sales target and propose plan to manage sale/stock to ensure that sales and stock target are met
• Develop and manage the merchandising budget, including allocation of resources and expenditures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective strategies
