Programmer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Answering staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications • Troubleshoot computer problems (SAP-Notes) • Determining source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.) • Advising staff on appropriate action • Serving as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues • Working one-on-one with staff on application projects • Providing recommendations on Company application purchases

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • 0-2 years of working experience • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills • Creative, hard working, initiative, positive attitude toward team working • Able to work well in multicultural environment and under pressure • Good command of spoken and written English • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
