หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for recruitment and selection process, headcount forecast and headcount planning
• • Being HR consultant to advise the line manager for HR process
• • Prepare HR monthly report such as headcount report, movement report, etc.
• • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or Political Science
• • 5-7 years working experience in recruitment
• • Good command in spoken and written English
• • Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized
• • Confident, energetic and flexible
• • Able to manage and do many tasks/projects at the same time
• • Accurate, reliable and hands-on
• • Having problem solving and time management skill
• • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• • Good attitude and be able to work well under pressure
