หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. • Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, training, and product knowledge education. • Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services. • Collaborating with the related team in technical, business development, operation, etc. • Conducted product trials with customers and translated results into sales. • Pool and structure trial data, success stories, and product and application information and disseminate them to all staff and management.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• If you have the following qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact us. • 2- 5 years of experience in the related field. • Experience in the wood, MDF, and particle board industry is advantaged • Fluent in Thai and English. • IT, budget, and report writing skills. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • The ability to motivate and lead a team. • Excellent communication and 'people skills' • The ability to work calmly under pressure. • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision. Being Sales-Driven. Proactive.
