• 1.Setting operation management targets 2.Setting performance acceptance levels for processes monitoring 3.Initiating and implementing continuous improvements and preventive actors 4.Maintaining and improving the working conditions and environment protection 5.Ensuring that communication process with the organization is effective 6.Carrying and regular performance evaluation of the production staff 7.Proposing the annual salary raise and welfare budget to superior 8.Control of planning and launching purchase of material and productions 9.Control both of material and finished product inventory 10.Preparing and maintaining training procedures and training plans 11.Organizing the implementation and evaluation of in-house training that are appropriate for the employees of the section 12.Other job follow instruction of supervisor 13.Trouble shooting on process related problem in production and maintain process stability 14.Improve overall production / process control system in quality and cost 15.Control working to achieve Production Plan and Output
