หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main responsibility:- -Receive a purchase request from the department manager and check the various information used in the procurement-outsourcing. -Coordinate with the buyer about the various information used in procurement-outsourcing. -Recruiting and selecting vendors Negotiate prices and conditions With the seller to get quality products Reasonable price and timely use. -Track the delivery of products and services completely. Accurate, exact, and timely. -Coordinate with the warehouse or the department that requests to inspect the goods and services. -Prepare a report regarding the prices of foreign goods With speed, accuracy, and efficiency. -Coordinate with other departments both inside and outside the organization. With speed, accuracy, and success. -Perform according to the department's plan Including the implementation of the company's policy to achieve the objectives set. -Supporting and cooperating in participating in company activities. -Comply with safety plans and ISO 9001:2015 standards. -Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• The desired property -Female Age:23-38 Years old. -Bachelor's Degree. -Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields. -1 Year exerience -Can travel abroad -The language is able to speak, read, write Thai, English and Chinese as well. Chinese language level HSK 4 up. -Have knowledge and skills in negotiation in procurement.
