หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Deliver the best-in-class experience -Explore and initiate ideas for all of customers’ touchpoints such as searching, buying, financing, insurance, and after sales service -Walk in customers’ shoes – use various techniques such as customer journey mapping, interviews, and mystery shopper to collect information and identify improvement opportunities -Through data analysis, identify potential customer experience improvement points and propose solutions -Build connections and encourage collaborations between difference teams to bring successful implementation of each project -Build a community of Sea-Doo, Boats, and Hobbie -Experience in a new ramp/showroom

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. - At least 7+ years of experience in customer experience consulting role - Minimum 5 years of working experience in Customer & Digital Transformation Strategy, Customer Segmentation, Experience & Journey Design, Channel Strategy & Design including Line channel, Loyalty and Customer Experience - Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including the ability manage projects and develop strong client relationships - Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with results-oriented - In depth knowledge on customer-centric trends, best practices and Marketing technology solutions - Team player with strong interpersonal, communication skills. - Language Proficiency – English & Thai - Working Day : Tuesday - Saturday 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM. - Working Place : Pathumthani
