Key Account Division Manager (Horeca)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop sales strategies and business development plans for the hotel segment to achieve the company’s sales and profit targets.
• Manage, maintain, and expand the hotel customer base, while presenting the company’s products and services such as coffee beans, coffee machines, ingredients, and related solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to determine appropriate sales and marketing strategies.
• Source, select, and develop new products and services, including cost analysis and recommendations for competitive pricing structures.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the distribution of products and services through various channels, while analyzing sales data and distribution channel performance to continuously improve business results.
• Plan and manage promotional activities, events, exhibitions, promotions, and marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales team and Promoter team by setting performance targets, monitoring results, and developing team capabilities for greater effectiveness.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Marketing, and After-Sales Service to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze sales, profit, and KPI results, and present improvement recommendations to management.
• Manage sales and marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 2–3 years of team management experience.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage business, coffee business, or hospitality customer management will be given special consideration.
• Strong skills in sales strategy planning, negotiation, key account management, and business data analysis.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, plan effectively, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and work in upcountry locations.
• Owns a personal car and holds a valid driver’s license.
