Product Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •The management and strategic planning, driving sales of coffee, tea, cocoa, cold drinks. •Strategic Plan and new products every year. •Management planning and control of its budget as planned •Develop a marketing plan together with the forms of packaging to be appropriate and in accordance with market trends. •Plan with R & D to bring the product to develop a drink menu to support new sales channels across all channels. With the guide of drink recipes. •Management and plans to work with the team to achieve goals together. •The development team to work on strategic planning, management and more. In order to become an executive in the future to come.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Thai Nationality, Male/Female aged between 30-40 years old. •Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. •At least 8 years in sales, marketing or category management in FMCG •Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy •Good analytical, be creative, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter •Interpersonal, negotiation, and compromising skills •Strong team player, communication and listening skills •Leader , problem-solving skills, coaching and training skills •Good planning and management skill. •Quick conceptual thinker-able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
