Process Improvement Engineer (Mechanics)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prime Function :- Manage and supervise of quality staff in the section. Implement, maintain and improve quality system in the section by Statistic Process Control or Statistic Technique. Participate to analysis and take corrective/preventive action to quality issue both internal and external issue in the section. Maintain ISO system and participate internal audit. Special project assignment case by case. Responsibility :- To support company to achieve world class QEHS standards and performance by setting and promoting high standards, leading by example and supporting appropriate programs. To manage the development of quality systems to ensure that processes needed for quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. To support specialist quality system and statistic technique support to considered area of the company. To support and audit process for evaluating effectiveness of the documented quality system and report the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement. To achieve assignable special project following to plan and effective project on time. To continue improvement any quality activity to achieve world class QEHS standards. Always strictly complied and follow safety regulation as well as control all subordinators to complied and follow safety regulation all the times. Instruct all subordinators for a job safety in work place in the related area to enhance a safety job. To arrange in organization in compliance with TLS8001-2003 requirement. To support and response all of policies and activities in compliance with TLS 8001-2003 requirement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications :- Male/Female, age over 28 years old. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field. Experience at least 4 years in manufacturing field related to quality function. Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking. Good command for English, Statistic and PC.
