ESD Quality Control Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prime Function :- To be in charge of ESD Control Program Coordinator to verify the compliance of the Program in accordance with the requirement ANSI/ESD S20.20 and achieve the goal with fully implemented and integrated program that conforms to internal quality system requirements. 2. Provide administrative and technical for establishing, implementing and maintaining the Electro Static Discharge (ESD) Control Program. 3. Implement, maintain and improve quality system in the section by Statistic Process Control or Statistic Technique. 4. Maintain ISO system and participate the manuafacturing audit and internal audit. 5. Special project assignment case by case. Production Controller to review production schedules, orders, and related information Develop Production/Process standard time Develop manufacturing methods, labour utilization standards, and cost analysis Responsibility :- Authorize to ending orders in system, and review related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. To ensure effective utilization of production by daily, weekly and monhtly report. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. To ensure standard working time are suitable, realizable and achievable. Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization to improvements / cost savings and investments. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities. Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer. Work closely with NPI, process engineer and production engineer for new product, new process and new mothod to develop standard time, physical process flow and utilize resouce. Always strictly complied and follow safety regulation all the times. To support and response all of policies and activities in compliance with TLS 8001-2003 requirement.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification : 1. Male/Female, age over 28 years old. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field. 3. Experience at least 4 years in manufacturing field related to quality function and ESD. 4. Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking. 5. Good command for English, Statistic and PC.
