หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job description: • Lead strategy, execution and resource allocation for sales operations, sales training, marketing, and market research. • Lead and develop marketing strategic imperatives, business plan and annual budget for brands focused on healthcare providers, consumers and patients, allocating resources to maximize ROI. • Manage suppliers for development of collateral materials for sales team, CRM, digital communications and media. • Lead marketing analysis and analytical tool development for use by senior management and sales teams. • Develop and execute brand POA planning inclusive of national and regional meetings. • Assess and respond to changing competitive landscape. • Develop incentive compensation program. • Develop and monitor brand and field force performance based upon KPIs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 2+ years of strategic experience (i.e. brand management, business unit operations leadership, corporate strategy, etc.) • 3+ years of sales leadership experience • 3+ years of HQ operations leadership (i.e. sales operations, sales training, human resources)
