หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job description: • Review, draft and revise contracts, agreements, MOU, business documents and other documents relating to legal and business benefits • Handle the interpretation of legislation and knowledge about leasing agreement and hire purchase and business law • Occasionally implement policies, procedures and compliance frameworks • Search for newly enacted or announced regulations and laws in Thailand, and prove all documents relating to company's business • Provide legal opinions and comments to all departments in our company • Other assignments from management executives

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-40 • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law, Business Law or a related field • Work experience, 3-5 years, only in a financial institution (hire purchase or leasing business) • Barrister-at-Law (Thai Bar Association) is preferable • Excellent skills in communication and collaboration • Good command of spoken and written English • Computer literacy (in Microsoft Suites, etc.) If you require more information, please contact (Kwang)
