หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • report to the chairman and often liaise with board members • Key responsibility is to prepare agenda & minutes of the board / committees’ meetings • Organize and schedule regular Shareholders & Board of Directors meeting • Collaborate with several functions such as Finance, Investment, Property, Risk, Compliance • Provide management information and reports when required; ensure corporate records & documents are maintained.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
