Fulfillment Service Sales Representative

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Role and Responsibility: • Business planning and strategy, marketing and operations of the company. • Coordinate with customers. To negotiate the sale of the company's services as well as find new customers to use the service. • Negotiate terms and conditions as well as consult the sales service. Before and after To improve the service. • Create partnerships with partners or other business partners of the company. • Coordinate with relevant departments of the company such as Information Technology Department, Marketing Department, Financial Accounting Department or others so that new business can operate according to the set goals. • Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing • Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment • Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment • Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinates warehouse/logistics for product shipment • Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
