Accounts Payable Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage overall Account payable and fixed assets 2. Preparing and managing daily bookkeeping works including : AP, JV, Purchase of Fixed Asset, inventories records and other expenses/advances for company’s staff. 3. Review all invoices payment for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. 4. Ensure accounting records are well prepared and maintained in accordance with company accounting policies and accounting standard timely and accurately. 5. Arrange all relevant Taxes monthly; Withholding tax (3, 53, and others), VAT and refunds (if any) and other taxes& duties to be submitted to Revenue Office, Customs, any other related government. 6. Monitor, maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts related with AP, accrual, expense for the monthly and yearly closing. 7. Liaise and co-ordinate with various departments involved to perform the revenue recognition exercise. 8. Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial related field. 2. Aged between 25-35 years old. 3. At least 3 years experience with AP accounting function and strong attention to detail. 4. Strong skill of Thai accounting standard & taxation. 5. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office. 6. Good communication skills and good coordination. 7. Experience in SAP is an advantage. 8. Experience in accounting or audit firm is an advantage.
