Assistant Project Management Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ROLE AND AREA RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with document control team to prevent, mitigate and solve the issue of delayed documents by coordinating with Document Control manager and Senior Document Controller. • Track the issue of payment and solve and solve issue by contacting with BSA team, BTS team and MESC consultant team and coordinate with site office financing team. • Work closely with Project Manager and AMR Asia engineer team to ensure the team is working as per the scope agreed and assigned in the contract. • Maintain good relationship with all customers and partners. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. • This position is stationed at Green Line site office. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • BA degree in related field. • 3 – 5 years experience in project management preferred. • Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office and office equipments. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill • Excellent analysis skill • Good understand English • Quick leaning • Generate a good presentation and report • Detail-oriented, well-organized and excellent time management skill
