หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submitting, reference checking and offer negotiations & screening, interviewing and on boarding 2.Responsible for the paper required regarding candidate offering, hiring process, new staff on-boarding that is ready and complied with the guideline. 3.Ensure the standard of recruiting and selection process is implemented as guideline and quality required. 4.Maintain a weekly commercial headcount report to ensure centers are fully staffed. 5.Partnering with Center Director to put in place joint strategies to retain commercial staff - including designing, managing and executing the retention program. 6.Take forefront role in Branding programs and events in order to build long-term relationship with recruitment network.

• - Able to work independently and guide and mentor the team to perform a full life-cycle of recruitment function. - Good communication both Thai and English
