IT Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals. - Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management. - Analyse the business requirements of all department to determine their technology needs and purpose for the IT solutions and budgeting. - Plan and execute development projects, ensuring that teams have appropriate products and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver projects on an aggressive, but achievable timeline while measuring and communicating progress. - Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management. - Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. - Direct daily operations of department, analysing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. - Lead and direct IT team to support issues promptly ensuring that services are returned to normal operational state in an efficient and risk freeway wherever possible. - Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers. - Assists other departments to ensure regulatory compliance in areas such as the Data Security Standards (DSS), Personal Data Privacy (PDA). - Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7
• 10 years of experience working in IT operations and 5 years as a management of IT.
• Experienced front-line manager & motivator with operational responsibility for business/time critical systems.
• Experience in managing many sites of operations.
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems with strong management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong leadership skills that can energize multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs.
• Good knowledge in web technology ASP.NET., and ITIL, COBIT concept, active directory service architecture. Holder of any Microsoft Certifications MCP, MCSE, MCITP, Network Administrator. Holder of Cisco Certifications CCNA will be advantage.
• Experience in building application and DB clusters, e.g. VMWare, will be advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both of Thai and English
