หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the installation of Software Product., Working on standard operating procedures (SOPs) , Ensure compliance with all quality and ISO standards.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of software products and their features., Effectively communicate product information to potential customers and clients., Demonstrate software products and their functionalities to interested parties.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations about software products., Tailor presentations to specific audiences and their needs., Effectively convey the value proposition of software products.
• Oversee the installation, implementation, configuration, training of software products., Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources., Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide training to customer support on product features, functionality, and troubleshooting procedures. Assist customer support staff in resolving complex customer issues.
• Dentify and report software defects to the development team. Work with the development team to resolve defects and improve product quality.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคนิคการแพทย์
• มีประสบการณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความสนใจในระบบ IT
