Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Working closely with senior management in order to translate strategic directions to marketing strategy, product concepts, communication plan, sales forecast and initiatives. Managing and coaching the team to come up with the right & effective marketing activities and executions Monitoring local market movement and trading situation both Bangkok and upcountry in order to seek for opportunity gaps and/or improvement areas. Seeking and initiating new ideas for product development. Planning and developing marketing strategies and activity plans for the company in order to meet sales target and business revenue. Establishing both short and long term marketing communication and stakeholder relationship. Working with cross-functional teams, leading the implementation of plans and enhancing ad-hoc strategies. Implementing marketing activities such as new product launches, special events and promotional programs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in F&B Industry, Sales, Trade Marketing, Branding or related field. Good Command of English communication and Computer literacy Experience in marketing management, trade marketing, consumer products Open mind and willing to learn from groundwork Willing to travel upcountry occasionally for market survey and co-ordination Pro-active, energetic and innovative thinking
