IT Technical Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • IT Setup of Database server and & IT Networks throughout Thailand and integrating this with the Headquarter. • Responsible for communication and networking systems analysis, design planning for integration including ensure effective and efficient operations　 • Support project implementation which includes network equipment installation & configuration, platform interaction, project management and end users　 • Utilize network management systems/software and appropriate analyzers to collect network load statistics, model performance, and create reports　 • Support IT jobs such as internet usage, LAN/ WAN networks, hardware support, firewall, and any technical related problem.　 • Able to backup Database Administrator (DBA) roles in the future.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Master Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or related field • Minimum 1-2 years of IT or Industry working experience. Experience in IT Setup, Server & Storage, Network and IT Security • Ability to work upcountry • Working in a large international corporation and in complex matrix organizations • Fluent English and Thai Language knowledge
