- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการดูแลอาคารสถานที่อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ และมีความอดทน
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเอกสารได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
