หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Focus on Food and Restaurant business
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy especially mass recruitment, open-house
• Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques and manage the existing pipeline of candidates
• Creativity to find solutions/ channels for seeking active and passive candidate
• Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing
• Perform pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicant's abilities and fit to company culture
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Support end to end on-boarding process in order to become fully integrated
• Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
• Act as a contact person and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Create employer branding program/plan with initiative activities in order to promote company’s reputation
• earn multiple parts of the organization, and be able to make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3 years working experienced in recruitment role
• Proven work experience in F&B, restaurant, retail business
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
• Must be data driven, and able to track, measure and report on all parts of the recruitment funnel
• Deep exposure to recruiting technical / engineering talents in a dynamic environment
• Able to work under pressure and flexibility to adapt to the fast moving organization
• Having good attitude and ability to work as a team
• Fluency in both Thai and English
