-Develop and launch new products that meet market demands. -Determine product pricing structure and update product prices in the market. -Plan and formulate marketing strategies for both offline and online channels. -Conduct marketing activities targeting retailers and consumers, including creating media materials at point of sale and online platforms. -Evaluate sales performance and maintain brand profitability in line with company objectives. -Present and manage the marketing budget according to the marketing plan. -Continuously study market trends.

• Master's Degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent. • At least 1 years solid working experiences in marketing field • Fluent in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing. • Initiative, critical and creative thinking • Friendly with good interpersonal and teamwork skills • Interest bicycle or outdoor activity would be advantage
