Operation Support Officer (ประจำประเทศเวียดนาม)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility 1.Provide administrative and support services all operations tasks. 2.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the process workflow completed both in head office and site offices timely with a high level of accuracy and quality. 3.Prepare and manage all of the operations files and check the accuracy of the documents. 4.Providing customer support to express deliveries to the customer. 5.Following up on all projects that have been assigned, and handling suppliers to deliver the results on time.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Job Specification 1.Male or Female, age 23-30 years. 2.Bachelor's degree in any field. 3.At least 1-2 year working experiences in operation support or a related field. 4.Good command of English. 5.Vietnamese speaking is a plus. 6.Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office literate essential. 7.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 8. Able to work in Vietnam.
