• Understand and analyze business / software requirements in order to provide test scenarios • Estimate test effort and manage resource allocation in Test Team • Prepare test plan, test scenarios, test scripts, test matrix, and test data • Execute tests (manual / automated) on software functionality, non-functionality • Analyze and prepare test results, reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out • Maintenance of all test documentations • Work with project teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Initiate test methodology to improve testing capability and quality

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent) • 4+ years of relevant work experience in testing • Knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs • Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language • Experience in software functionality test, non-functionality test • Strong analytical skill, conceptual thinking, problem solving, planning and documentation • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication and logical thinking skills • Detail-oriented mindset • Fast learner
