Successful completion of Software Development and modification projects on time and within budget
Customer and team handling
Closely monitor and track project progress to ensure a smoothly and timely handover of the project
Ensure high quality solutions by implementing proper quality assurance process
Effectively managing the customer and software development team
Interface with customer gathering and refining customer requirement
Maintain an adequate and qualified staff

Have experience with ERP, HR, CRM systems will be an advantage
Strong communicator and presenter
Good command of English
Capable of leading and directing a team
