Product Development (Health and Beauty care)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support the development of new products and improvement of existing formulations in the categories of cosmetics, health foods, food supplements, and vitamins
• Assist in stock and production planning, with a focus on cost efficiency, quantity forecasting, and coordination with manufacturers
• Conduct basic formulation testing and assist in ensuring product stability and commercial feasibility
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Manufacturing) to ensure product development activities are delivered on time
• Coordinate with government agencies and universities, including support in FDA registration processes and research grant applications
• Monitor and track market trends and regulatory updates in health and beauty industries
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or other related fields
• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in product development or R&D in the healthcare, cosmetic or food supplement industry
• Knowledge of raw materials and formulation principles for cosmetics and health food products
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, especially in working with external partners such as government or academic institutions
• High attention to detail, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
