หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Support the development of new products and improvement of existing formulations in the categories of cosmetics, health foods, food supplements, and vitamins
Assist in stock and production planning, with a focus on cost efficiency, quantity forecasting, and coordination with manufacturers
Conduct basic formulation testing and assist in ensuring product stability and commercial feasibility
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Manufacturing) to ensure product development activities are delivered on time
Coordinate with government agencies and universities, including support in FDA registration processes and research grant applications
Monitor and track market trends and regulatory updates in health and beauty industries
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or other related fields
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in product development or R&D in the healthcare, cosmetic or food supplement industry
Knowledge of raw materials and formulation principles for cosmetics and health food products
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, especially in working with external partners such as government or academic institutions
High attention to detail, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Able to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
