หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage learning business-related projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction, covering courseware production, seminar and conference hosting.
• Prepare a variety of proposals, including presentations, reports, and summaries.
• Control the budget, monitor expenses, and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget. Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining productivity and quality.
• Coordinate and oversee various teams. Work closely with design, development, marketing, sales, operation and BD teams to conceptualize and successfully implement projects
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met within the set timeline and budget
• Manage content team members to identify courseware roadmap. Promote awareness of Company’s courseware and ensure the coverage and quality of the courseware.
• Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and make improvements for future success.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in education, education technology, or fields related to digital products/services/media, marketing, management or business administration
• 3+ years of related experience in learning business or project management.
• Knowledge on human resource development or passion for learning is a big plus
• Ability to work under pressure, excellent creativity, project management, communication & leadership skills to supervise those involved with each stage of the projects and get things done
• Ability to focus on specific goals while also multi-tasking
• Out-of-the box thinker, data-driven, strategic, and able to execute on high-level of detail
• Being a team player, energetic, creative and resilient with a passion to work in an ever-changing industry with highly dynamic people
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously under intense deadlines (“getting things done” kind of person)
• Fluent in both Thai & English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
