Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Male/Female/Thai Nationality - Work on the core system transformation project which include integrating the new solution to existing peripheral systems. - Lead the business requirement discussion/workshop to understand business objectives, processes, products services and recommend the proper solutions to business teams. - Coordinate among stakeholders of the projects to ensure the scope of the project is clearly articulated and documented. - Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate business requirements and validate proposed solutions along with functional SMEs. - Liaise with customer and delivery team to facilitate alignment of understanding of requirements between business and tech teams. - Prepare training materials and conduct training to customer and team. - Other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor 's Degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any related discipline - Good listening and questioning skills, fast learner and self-motivated - Good analytical skills and “thinking out of the box” attitude - Good interpersonal skills and team player - Ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders - Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point - Know the step to find the solution when struggle with the problems - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills - A good Attitude - A good problem-solving attitude - Able to work under pressure and team spirits - Able to work at night on request - business analysis, get requirement - Good communication - Project management - process development, test, UAT - Able to communicate in English.
