หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• HRM - Managing and leading the HR and Admin team - Managing team collaborative - Monitor with government labor department, to update the labor situation - Ensuring all employees comply with company rules and Thai labor laws/regulations - Ensuring smooth and efficient HR supporting (Recruitment and other company activities) - Managing internal communication to ensure the message are contribute to all employee - Updating company regulation/organization/KPI and distribute to all employee - Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs - Participate in all departments to review & update JD - Supporting/Establishing working procedures - Taking care of all employee the same as a family - Reviewing and verifying payroll & welfare - Evaluation engagement and employee satisfaction - Monitoring time attendance of operators - Collaborate with regional HR partner HRD - Establish HR strategies aligned to company direction - Strengthen a performance oriented company culture - Building key persons and leadership capability - Ensuring all employee are permeated and contribute the company vision & mission - Plan, develop and implement compensation, reward & recognition program & policies - Developing and implementing employee retention strategies - Prepare and review HR report including labor affairs situation for management Administration - Overseeing overall Admin functions - Taking care & keeping the nice environment of the workplace - Maintain company trucks/cars to always available ปฏิบัติงานที่ : บริษัท ทีเอเค โพรดัคส์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่) 106 หมู่ที่ 1 ต.ไทยาวาส อ.นครชัยศรี จ.นครปฐม 73120 โทร. 034-157-900-4 ต่อ 218 และ บริษัท TAK Products & Services Co.,Ltd. • Qualifications Thai nationality only Own car/Driver license Male/Female 35-45 years old Bachelor/Master's Degree in Human Resource or related field Relevant experience 5 years up Active and mature personality Good command in English Knowledge of labor laws Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Prosoft is a plus) Others; Honesty, Discipline, and Punctuality
